This scenic 2-mile route is a spectacular reason
to step off the beaten path. Leading from the
picturesque village of Siasconset—where small
fishing cottages covered in roses cluster along the
bluff—the public walkway takes you all the way to
iconic Sankaty Head Lighthouse. The route cuts in
front of some of the most stunning properties on
the island. To one side, see lavish summer homes;
to the other, the bluff down to the Atlantic Ocean.
